2 BOOKS FOR ANXIOUS PEOPLE
Anxiety, considered the disease of the century, has become present in many people's lives. But what many people don't know is that it is a natural human emotion that we are destined to feel, and never will leave. It is a category of mechanism that leaves the individual on alert for various unknown situations, which gives the adrenaline discharge to face them. However, the cases of anxiety in Brazil have been growing very fast, where 9.3% of the population, corresponding to 18.6 million people are living in an anxiety pandemic, and, there is still a certain difficulty for some people to reveal what they feel. Thinking about this, I have separated some books to help you better understand the situation and seek new ways to improve. DIARY OF AN ANXIOUS WOMAN OR HOW I STOPPED SABOTAGING MYSELF - Beth Evans The theme is approached with several very humorous illustrations, where you can feel embraced at various moments. She also works with depression, OCD, slips, forms, and more challenges to become an adult, which is not easy. The author manages to extract valuable lessons, without losing the lightness in the face of the seriousness of the issues addressed... OVERCOMING ANXIETY AND WORRY WITH COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL THERAPY - David A. Clark - Aaron T. Beck In this book, the reader is led to face and understand which triggers trigger anxiety in him, in order to prevent the distressing thoughts from becoming bridges to a crisis again, decreasing suffering. An excellent book for those who are going through the rough patches of anxiety and want to find ways to help find a little lucidity in the chaos. Of course, the book alone does not help. It serves as an adjunct in the process of self-knowledge.
